Can Ashh handle WhatsApp / Messenger like Freshchat?+
Not natively. The public REST API can be wired up to a Twilio WhatsApp webhook or Meta's Messenger webhook, but that's an integration project, not a checkbox.
How does Freddy AI quality compare to Ashh's default?+
Both are RAG-based against your knowledge content. Freddy uses OpenAI under the hood; Ashh defaults to a hosted open-weight model with optional BYOK Claude/GPT. For doc-grounded Q&A both are comparable. For very nuanced reasoning, BYOK Claude is the upgrade path on either platform.
Will my data be used to train AI models?+
On Ashh: never (contractually). On Freshchat: depends on whether their Freddy AI runs on the OpenAI Enterprise tier (which doesn't train) or shared (which historically did). Check their current DPA.
