Most modern MLS data flows export an IDX feed (RETS or RESO Web API). Point Ashh at the feed URL or upload a daily CSV export. The bot stays current with active listings.
Can it schedule showings?+
It can collect showing requests and email you with the visitor's email, phone, and preferred times. Direct calendar integration (Cal.com, Calendly) is a Pro feature.
Will it answer compliance / fair-housing questions wrong?+
The bot can't make up answers it doesn't have. Configure a fallback for any housing-compliance question to say "let me connect you with a licensed agent" — the bot defers, doesn't guess.
