It can't magic up information it doesn't have. Configure a fallback ("for tonight's service questions, call us at 555-1234") that fires on these. Bot defers gracefully instead of inventing answers.
Will customers actually use a chatbot on a restaurant site?+
Younger demographics (under 35) heavily prefer chat over calling. Older customers default to phone. The bot doesn't replace your phone — it captures the chat-preferring half of your traffic that would otherwise click away when no one answers.
What about Square / Toast integration?+
