AI chatbot for B2B SaaS — docs, sales, support, all in one

B2B SaaS has three chatbot needs: visitor-facing help (deflect support), marketing-site lead qual (capture demos), and internal team Q&A (the wiki, but ask in English). Ashh handles all three from one account at one flat price.

Multi-bot, multi-domain

Pro = 5 bots, Team = 25 bots. Run a docs bot on docs.yourcompany.com (custom domain supported), a sales bot on the marketing site, an internal bot on a private subdomain. All managed from one dashboard.

SSO + audit logs included on Team

Procurement-friendly. Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft Entra, generic OIDC. Audit log captures every bot conversation + admin action. CSV export for your compliance team.

BYOK for the bots that need it

Hosted models are fine for the docs bot (high volume, FAQ-class questions). The "ask our pricing AI" bot answering deep configuration questions might want Claude Sonnet 4.6 — point that one specific bot at your Anthropic key.

Workspaces for cross-team ownership

Marketing owns the lead-cap bot. Support owns the docs bot. Engineering owns the internal bot. Workspace membership controls who can edit each — no "who broke the bot" mysteries.

Questions B2B SaaS companies ask

How does the pricing math work for a SaaS team?+

Team tier is $50/month. Compare to: Intercom Fin at $0.99/resolution (= $990 at 1,000 deflections), Drift's custom enterprise pricing, separate tools for marketing chatbot + internal Q&A. Ashh consolidates the use cases under one flat fee.

Will my data stay private from competitors?+

Yes. Hosted models run on our GPUs — your docs never touch a third-party LLM provider. BYOK cloud models route through your provider key, and their commercial API terms typically prohibit training. Self-hosted Ashh is on the roadmap for the most paranoid procurement teams.

Can we run a dev/staging bot separately from prod?+

Yes. Just create a separate bot with the dev knowledge base. Most teams run "internal-staging" and "internal-prod" with the same source docs but different visibility settings.

What about compliance — SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA?+

GDPR-compliant by default (EU-hosted DB option on request, data subject access supported via the audit log export). SOC2 Type II in progress; expect Q3 2026. HIPAA requires a BAA — reach out if that's a procurement gate for you.
