Yes. Add the script tag in theme.liquid <head> or as a custom app block. Works the same in OS 1.0 too.
How does it learn my product catalog?+
Two paths: (1) Sync via your products.json (free, automatic, hourly refresh). (2) Upload a CSV with descriptions, SKUs, and links. Most stores use both — JSON for breadth, CSV for tone-of-voice on top-sellers.
Can it actually convert visitors, or is it just deflection?+
