Yes — point Ashh at your sitemap.xml URL. We crawl every linked page, extract text content (stripping nav/footer), and embed it. The bot learns your site automatically; you don't hand-upload PDFs.
What about GDPR / privacy?+
Your visitor conversations live in our EU/US-hosted database, encrypted at rest. We never train models on your data. The widget can be configured to require explicit visitor consent before recording chat (a Cookie Banner toggle in the dashboard).
Will it work with WooCommerce / Shopify / etc.?+
The widget itself doesn't care about your e-commerce stack. If you want product-aware answers ("do you sell Y?"), upload your product catalog as a CSV or sync via the Drive connector.
