For WooCommerce stores
AI chatbot for WooCommerce — product-aware, cart-aware, WordPress-native
WooCommerce gives you a real store on a real CMS. Ashh gives that store an AI assistant trained on your products, your shipping rules, and your policies. The widget is a WordPress script tag — drop it in your theme header, the bot is live on every page including the checkout flow.
Reads your product catalog automatically
Sync via the WooCommerce REST API or a daily CSV export. The bot answers "do you sell waterproof boots in size 11?" without you writing FAQs per SKU. Inventory + price syncs hourly.
Shipping + return policies grounded
Upload your shipping policy + returns + FAQ pages. The bot answers consistently — no more "what's our return window again?" support tickets.
WordPress + WooCommerce, no plugin
A standard <script defer> tag. Works with every Woo-compatible theme (Storefront, Astra, Flatsome, custom themes), every page builder (Elementor, Divi, Bricks). No plugin to install, no PHP changes.
Flat-fee, even on Black Friday
Per-conversation pricing punishes you for being good at marketing. Ashh is $25/month for 10k messages, $50 for 100k. Your support bill stays flat through Black Friday spikes.
vs. Tidio / Crisp WooCommerce
Them
Tidio AI Reply is $59-$329/month and uses GPT-3.5 via their OpenAI key — conversations get marked up + cost scales linearly with volume.
Ashh
Ashh runs open-weight models on dedicated GPUs by default — your conversations never touch a third-party LLM unless you opt-in to BYOK. $25-50/month flat covers Black Friday + normal months alike.
Questions WooCommerce stores ask
Does it work with WooCommerce + Elementor / Divi / Astra?+
Yes. The widget script is theme-agnostic and page-builder-agnostic — it's just a standard <script defer> tag in <head>. Works in Storefront, Astra, Flatsome, GeneratePress, every custom Woo theme.
How does it learn my products?+
Two options: (1) WooCommerce REST API sync (~5 min setup, hourly refresh). (2) Daily CSV export of products + descriptions + SKUs. Most stores do both — API for breadth, CSV for tone-of-voice on top sellers.
Can it complete a checkout in chat?+
It can guide visitors to the right product and add to cart via deep-linking. Direct in-chat checkout is on the Team roadmap (requires WooCommerce Stripe extension integration). For now: bot recommends, links to PDP or add-to-cart URL, customer completes at checkout.
What about WPML / multi-language stores?+
The bot is multilingual out of the box. Customer asks in Spanish, bot replies in Spanish. WPML page variants are auto-detected via canonical tags — the bot knows which language version of each page to cite from.
Will it slow down my store?+
The script is async + defer, ~30KB gzipped, loads after LCP. Negligible impact on Core Web Vitals — much less than your average e-commerce store's product images.
